Annielou11 Posted August 21, 2015 Share Posted August 21, 2015 I am on day 25. I feel like things went in reverse. The first week I felt great, wanted to exercise and had great energy. Only complaint was bloating. The 2nd week my hormones went crazy and I had bad bloating and my energy decreased. The third week the bloating is better but my vision got blurry and my energy has decreased. I have done really well staying on track and the most concerning to me is the decrease in energy and especially the vision problems. I don't want to, but I am tempted to quit to try to resolve the vision problems. Any ideas? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I would suggest contacting your doctor to see if something else is going on for you.On the Whole30 front, if you'd like to post 2-3 days worth of your typical log, including portion sizes, daily water consumption, nightly hours of sleep, any exercise and whether you're salting your food, we might be able to give you possible tweaks that may help the energy side of things.
