PaulaSab
Is it ok to eat Tuna canned in sunflower oil? I want to eat canned tuna straight out of the can as a post run meal, but if the tuna is in water it is not very interesting to eat. I live in the UK, so if anybody can recommend a brand, I'd be very grateful. Thanks Paula

It's a seed oil, so I wouldn't have tons but it is ok for occasional use during the whole30.

Thanks Paula Post-Workout is recommended to be protein and (optional) starchy vegetables -- no fat, as that slows absorption. So even though it's not very interesting, the water-packed tuna is more in line with the recommendations. Remember that post-WO is not a big meal, just a few bites of protein, and a few bites of starchy vegetable if you're including that.
