Too much of a good thing??

I'm on day 6 of my first Whole30 and really feeling pretty good - is there such a thing as eating too many sweet potatoes or eggs?  I find that these are my go to foods and I'm wondering if I should be limiting them more.  I hate to be ruining things for myself before I've even started...

It's best to eat a variety of foods -- you get different nutrients from different foods. But if you're eating other things in addition to sweet potatoes and eggs, you're probably okay.

 

If they're your go-to foods just because they're easy, try doing a weekly cookup and having a variety of foods on hand, so that you have other options to grab when you're in a hurry.
