chrisanne24 Posted August 22, 2015 Share Posted August 22, 2015 I'm on day 6 of my first Whole30 and really feeling pretty good - is there such a thing as eating too many sweet potatoes or eggs? I find that these are my go to foods and I'm wondering if I should be limiting them more. I hate to be ruining things for myself before I've even started... But if you're eating other things in addition to sweet potatoes and eggs, you're probably okay. If they're your go-to foods just because they're easy, try doing a weekly cookup and having a variety of foods on hand, so that you have other options to grab when you're in a hurry.
