Soooooo i am a COMPLETE newbie. Still in the learning phase of all of this but I am suuuuper excited. I have read through the intro step and I will be purchasing the book tomorrow.

 

One of the testimonials I read really resonated with me. it discussed breaking free from food addiction. I have been looking for the solution for this and I am excited to see if this will do it for me.

 

I have a week and a few days to learn, plan, research and prepare...and I will need it lol.

Like you, I'm a total newbie. I'm starting with you on September 1. I figured I'd do the same thing - start a log right away. I want to keep track of my thoughts and ideas while I get geared up to start. I have had food addiction issues since I was 14 (I'm 58 now!) and I'm ready to be done with them. I bought the book...now i need to read it. It looks intense lol but I am going to dig in.

happy saturday whole peeps. I have read and immersed myself in the book and all of its resources. I think i have a good understanding on the science behind the plan...and an overall understanding of the rules and regs.

 

now i need to go shopping and prep. living in SoCal i feel like it won't be hard to find 'on plan' meats and foods...but i gotta get out there to make sure.

 

today i am headed to a party when i will partake in what i am sure will be amazingly tasty and awesome non-plan food. I will savor every bite as I count down to my Sept 1st start date.
