Rendered fat from non-compliant but organic bacon?

Hey all!

I've been saving my bacon fat from a high quality organic bacon that I love. Its not compliant (sugar is involved in its curing process), but its very high quality.

 

Science-wise, is that sugar fat-soluble?  

 

If I use this fat to roast my brussels sprouts, would I be consuming sugar? 

 

Should I just save it for after my Whole30?
