kaila_ann
I am getting ready to start Whole 30 on September 1st. I found some almond butter at Earth Fare that I'm not sure is compliant. It's ingriedients are blanched roasted almonds & palm fruit oil. No sugar, but when I look at the nutrition facts it says 1g of sugar. Is it compliant? Sheena812
It is the ingredient list that is important not the nutrition label.

Administrators ladyshanny Posted August 24, 2015 Administrators Share Posted August 24, 2015 I am getting ready to start Whole 30 on September 1st. No sugar, but when I look at the nutrition facts it says 1g of sugar. Is it compliant? This is fine. The sugar on the nutrition facts is because there are naturally occurring sugars. It's *added* sugars that we ask you to avoid for 30 days so as long as the ingredients list doesn't show sugar (or other non compliant ingredients) you're good to go.
