Day 15 today. Here are some things I have noticed:

Black coffee is not too bad.

I have more discipline than I thought.

It's fun to make homemade sauces.

This process would likely have been easier if I had been more prepared with groceries, etc, but that may in part make me prouder that I have been able to persevere. Especially during such a stressful time ( just returning from a long trip and getting two kids ready for school again. I am hoping to notice some positive results and I am glad I haven't noticed any negative ones. Maybe I have been sleeping better but it's hard to tell,
