August 29th. Beginning of day 2. 7:30AM.

 

How Feeling?

Feeling a bit headachy.

Slept soundly last night.

Happy to be embarking on my 2nd Whole30

 

 

Day Two Log

B: Poached egg on potato hash (thought I had sweet potatoe) with kale, onion, parsley, cooked in coconut oil

L: Detox salad with compliant sausage

D: Steak, sweet potato, detox salad, frozen banana topped with nuts and coconut flakes

 

Day One Log

Breakfast: n/a

Lunch: Detox salad with homemade mayo and chicken thigh

Dinner: Chicken bone broth soup (chicken thigh meat, broccoli, carrot, onion, kale, coconut fat / cream)
