sznb Posted September 1, 2015 Share Posted September 1, 2015 Just had to vent after my mayo mishap. Take heed of the warning to put your vessel on a non slip mat! After painstakingly dribbling my 1.25 cups of olive oil into my egg, I loosened my grip on the tall blender cup and it spun out and mayo went EVERYWHERE! If using the immersion blender, just dump all the ingredients into the jar, stick the blender in it and buzz for 10-20 seconds....you'll watch it emulsify from the bottom up.
