Grains Posted September 3, 2015 Share Posted September 3, 2015 Well it's day 20 and I've noticed that my responses are definitely not following the suggested timeline. I really haven't had any cravings and so far haven't noticed any tiger blood. I am getting desires to eat or drink things off plan but I wouldn't even call them cravings. Maybe looking for diversity or something. Oh, and I remembered I have a doctor appointment next week, so if THEY weigh ME I hope it's not a big deal. Hope everyone else is doing well. GFChris Posted September 3, 2015 Share Posted September 3, 2015 Not everyone follows the timeline. If you'd like to confirm if you're on the right track, post 2-3 days worth of your food log. Include portions, nightly hours of sleep and daily water consumption.
