Ljo
I woke up on day 2 feeling great but as the day wore on I battled the sugar dragon. One entrance to my office has Tootsie Rolls and M&M's right on the counter and I am so proud of myself that I walked right passed them 3 times! At the end of the day I walked out another exit because my craving for sugar was so bad. Yay me! Today-Day 3, I actually slept until my alarm went off which I haven't done for a couple years, I was so discombobulated that I couldn't remember how to shut it off. I have already come to look forward to my eggs and veggies for breakfast and I can't wait to eat the Arugula, chicken, avocado, sweet potato salad with citrus vinaigrette that I brought for lunch. My husband, Daughter and Son-in-Law are doing the challenge too which gives me great support and accountability. I am so proud of us all

NancyW
Yeah for walking by the Frankenfood & a double yeah for using discombobulated; I love that word At the Milwaukee airport, after you go through the security checkpoint, they have a section labeled "Recombobulation Area" so you can put yourself back together. Makes us laugh every time! Ljo, good for you! It's tough enough to do this without walking past things like that if we don't have to!!
