Can you list what you've been eating for the past four days? We certainly don't want you to be hungry...

For the headaches & cramps are you drinking a half an ounce of water per pound of body weight daily, and salting your food?

Before seeing what you are eating, I just know you are not eating enough. Lots of people fail to eat the minimum recommended on our meal planning template and that sucks. Not only are you in pain from hunger, you force your metabolism to slow down and that makes fat loss less likely.
