NY2LA2MONTREAL
These past few days I started sneezing It feels like an allergy NOT a cold. I never suffered from allergies. Could it be something I am eating? It's very weird. Any thoughts???
Carlaccini
I occasionally have this too - I am honestly not certain what causes this. I actually guessed that I was having very slight allergy reactions to pollen etc in the air. Now I did get tested for allergies at one point in my life and all that showed up was sensitivity to grass and dust. Nothing too severe. However - I have noted that after my whole 30 - I used be chronically congested - never bad or terrible - it was just kind of a fact of life. I would wake up congested but after a while it would dissipate. After living a whole 9 life for at least 3 years now - I am not chronically congested anymore - but I do have sneezing fits every once and while. praxisproject
Popup allergies are where a food log really comes in handy. Some sneaky ones people can be unaware of: cashews and latex (banana family & avocado). Sometimes it's something in the air.
