One year has gone by since I started my Whole90

I started my Whole90 on September 1st, 2014. I successfully completed the 90 days and then did 90% compliant foods for December and then remained WholeErin (sometimes I had SWYPO foods) compliant from January 1 until August 30. I'm back to compliance as of Monday and Timehop gave me this reminder today. The left is day 4 of my Whole90 and I probably weighed around 165ish. I was happy as I was not only wearing horizontal stripes for the first time but the dress was also an Old Navy medium. The first Medium item of clothing I had ever purchased. Now on the right, is this morning and I weighed 145 today (it's up a bit from my lowest of 141 but I overate while on vacation for two weeks, which is what led to the non-compliant treat meal I had on Sunday). I'm wearing Medium clothes and slowly learning to like what I see in the mirror. I still have a long way to go as far as self acceptance goes but this was a happy reminder of why I do whole30 (it makes me feel good and looking good is an added benefit :D ) I was also able to purchase Concert swag t-shirts at a music festival over the weekend in a size Small :o  (a tee and a hoodie).

This is great! The long-term successes are some of my favorites.

Congratulations, and I love the idea of the WholeErin (that's your personalized best eating based on what you found in your W90 and what you think is sustainable? which is compliant eating plus some SWYPO foods?). I'm just coming off of my second W30 and I think I need to define something like this for myself.

Also, obviously: you look amazing!

Hey all, thanks for the kind words. And yes, Carrots. I took what I learned through my two whole30s and my whole90 and started eating pretty much whole365 but I do occasionally have store bought sweet tater chips or something with agave etc so I can't say it's 100% compliant. With the exception of the white potatoes (whole30) I can say that what I eat is always paleo. I really like how I feel when I'm not eating mass produced foods, sugars etc so I stick to this. Although, I can say that I didn't have any ill effects from the non-compliant food I had at the end of vacation other than excess water weight.
