Linnea
Hello All. Basic question here. I am on day 12 today and I have a questions about fruit and berries. How much is too much? I eat maybe a third of a box of strawberries and a handful of grapes everyday. Actually.. add in a half handfull of rasins per day too. How much is too much? Robin Strathdee
We recommend 2-3 servings of fruit per day (more in summer maybe, less in winter). Keep an eye on your serving size when it comes to raisins ;0)
krisbee911
this is so helpful! I just started my W30 journey yesterday and was worried everytime I'd eat a berry that I shouldn't be having it....maybe a bit too much overanalyzing lol.
Helene2310
Does anyone know if it is true that fruit should be eaten by itself in order for proper digestion?
heatherdarbs
Does anyone know if it is true that fruit should be eaten by itself in order for proper digestion? I'm not sure, but I had some berries with coconut milk, cinnamon and macadamia nuts the other day - better than pie! I accidentally ate too much

Susan W
Does anyone know if it is true that fruit should be eaten by itself in order for proper digestion? I have never heard that and it definitely wouldn't be the Whole 30 way. I googled it for fun and it said "wives tale".
Robin Strathdee
We recommend having it with or immediately after a meal to keep your blood sugar (more) stable :0)

Writergirl
I find myself addicted to strawberries dipped in coconut cream lately. There's something so amazing about the combo!
