Vermont Cured Bacon

I was researching the forum to see if this was discussed.  It looked as though it was answered slightly, but I figured I would give it another spin..

 

I found a bacon at Whole Foods that i believe is compliant, but want to here from others.  The ingredients are as follow:

 

Ingredients: Pork, Apple Cider, Water, Sea Salt, Potassium Chloride, Dehydrated Celery Juice, Spices, Lactic Acid Starter Culture (not from milk).  Gluten Free

Contains no gluten, no nuts, no milk.
