I haven't updated my blog/notebook ( in a while (I will soon) and just came across this forum.  End of the day exhaustion set in early yesterday evening because I was low on sleep.  I had no leftovers remaining in the fridge and nothing ready to go.  Luckily I killed some time at the Union Square farmers' market earlier, so I threw this together: 

1 medium bowl of sunflower shoots (greens)
2 grilled chicken sausages, chopped/diced (
6 baby potatoes, baked/microwave-baked
1/2 medium white onion, sliced
1 asian pear, diced 
1 dill pickle

1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp dill pickle brine
2 tbsp fire-roasted, dried and minced tomatoes (
1 pinch of salt (to taste)
1 pinch cayenne pepper (to taste)
1 pinch garlic powder (to taste)

Unbelievably delicious.
