End of the day exhaustion set in early yesterday evening because I was low on sleep. I had no leftovers remaining in the fridge and nothing ready to go. Luckily I killed some time at the Union Square farmers' market earlier, so I threw this together: 1 medium bowl of sunflower shoots (greens)2 grilled chicken sausages, chopped/diced (http://www.applegate.com/products/natural-uncured-chicken-hot-dog)6 baby potatoes, baked/microwave-baked1/2 medium white onion, sliced1 asian pear, diced 1 dill pickledressing: 1/2 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp dill pickle brine2 tbsp fire-roasted, dried and minced tomatoes (http://www.vgourmet.com/fire-roasted-tomatoes)1 pinch of salt (to taste)1 pinch cayenne pepper (to taste)1 pinch garlic powder (to taste)Unbelievably delicious.
