I actually had a dream last night I was eating something off plan and was so disappointed in myself. lol!! I am in Alberta and was wondering if anyone knows of a bacon or sausage brand that works? MrsMarks Posted September 10, 2015 Share Posted September 10, 2015 Bacon and Sausage can be very hard to find. I know a lot of people actually go online and order. If you google "Whole 30 Bacon" you may be able to find a link. Chicken broth is easier, just read your labels. I find it easier to make. 1. Grab a chicken and roast it for dinner. 2. Throw the carcass when done into the croc pot with water, celery, onion, garlic, and bay leaf or two and turn on low for 12-24hours. Delicious! And for the $5 buck chicken you get a meal (or two if you don't eat it all the first time) and a ton of stock (Depending on size of croc pot)!
