Wasn't sure about the xanthan gum or sodium benzoate or natural butter Please help me!
Physibeth
I'll just simplify because I'm not sure about the natural butter type flavor and say no on the grounds of the Canola Oil. Canola Oil is only acceptable when eating out and is kind of a concession. The xanthan gum and sodium benzoate are fine I believe. What's confusing to me is that I have a bottle of Franks Red Hot in my cupboard that is 100% compliant with no weird ingredients in it. Tesseames also makes a compliant hot sauce. Administrators ladyshanny Posted September 10, 2015 Administrators Share Posted September 10, 2015 That sounds like the Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce. That would not be compliant. But Frank's Red Hot Original is totally compliant. INGREDIENTS Aged Cayenne Red Peppers, Distilled Vinegar, Water, Salt And Garlic Powder.

Physibeth
Tesseames makes a compliant buffalo sauce as well. I just baked some drumettes that were marinaded with it today. Can't wait to see how they taste later.
heikodre
I used the Frank's original and mixed it with some homemade mayo to enhance grilled chicken. I was a great combo.
