Allia Posted September 10, 2015 Share Posted September 10, 2015 Hello, I was wondering if it would be better to, during the reintroduction phrase, consume the food at every meal of the day or at only one part. I just had legumes at one meal yesterday so I'm not sure if what reactions I got can be reliably attributed to the legumes! Should I redo that reintroduction? JenX Posted September 11, 2015 Share Posted September 11, 2015 If you're unsure, you can always retest that food at a later date and see if the same reaction occurs. Then you know for sure. Be sure to go back to compliant Whole 30 eating for as many days as it takes to feel "normal" before you retest. You want that clean slate every time.
