Finally I got on this board - Day 4

This is day #3 for me. I've felt very foggy. I've heard that common, just wondering how long it usually lasts. Here's good treat, roughly 1/2-1 cup of frozen blueberries with just enough coconut milk to coat them. It forms a shell over the berries. Doesn't take the place of ice cream, but it's not bad. And, of course, you can use any frozen berry. 

 

Here's to the end of day #3 and on to day #4!

The idea here girls is to get away from "treats" even though you're using compliant ingredients… I've done the same but once you hang around here and read more you'll see how they're discouraged..  Make sure your eating plenty at your meals.. you soon will break the treat habit :)
