For my 2nd Whole30, this is what I'll be doing differently...

  • scale way down on the nuts.  For my first Whole 30 I really think I overindulged in almonds and pistachios.  This time around I am not even buying those darn almonds or pistachios and will only have almond butter to eat along with an apple or banana
  • eat breakfast earlier in the morning; instead of eating when I get to work, I will eat before I leave or in the car
  • Eat larger meals to ensure less snacking

How about you?  What do you pledge to do differently this time around?
