breakfast "burrito"

Im not currently on a whole 30 but I have completed two in the past. The biggest issue I had with both is eating anything close to a template breakfast. With white potato allowed I am wondering if anyone has an idea of something like a breakfast burrito. Not looking for SWYOP but something that I could tolerate eating that is close to template at least until I can get my hormones straightened out and can feel hungry in the morning.  I have tried various casseroles, soups, leftovers but struggled with breakfast on both 30's.  I feel like I cant start again until I get my mind around meal 1.
