Babsie95
Im not currently on a whole 30 but I have completed two in the past. The biggest issue I had with both is eating anything close to a template breakfast. With white potato allowed I am wondering if anyone has an idea of something like a breakfast burrito. Not looking for SWYOP but something that I could tolerate eating that is close to template at least until I can get my hormones straightened out and can feel hungry in the morning. I have tried various casseroles, soups, leftovers but struggled with breakfast on both 30's. I feel like I cant start again until I get my mind around meal 1. thanks for any ideas or support
GFChris
Recreating any bread-like product is against the rules. Instead, make a compliant version of what would be the inside only of a burrito. Beyond that, play with different protein, veg and fat combinations. There are some great ideas on this thread: http://forum.whole9life.com/topic/28832-lets-talk-non-traditional-breakfasts/

Babsie95
is it ok (at least temporarily) to use white potato as the main (not only) veggie with breakfast till I get adjusted. This has just been such a roadblock for me both mentally and physically
