Banana L- 2 chicken drumsticks, sweet potato, carrots, apple and almond butter D- hash with potato, onion, red pepper, and broccoli topped with 3 fried eggs. Bacon. Banana L- salad with roasted broc, salmon, 1/2 avo, red pepper, cucumber, and EVOO/ACV D- 4 fried eggs over regular potato and sweet potato hash. 3 pieces of bacon. B- 4 scrambled eggs over sliced sautéed potatoes L- chili and grapes D- burger, avocado, roasted broc and sweet potatoes Been a crazy weekend potty training so meals haven't been in 3's but all have been compliant Thought today was day 30 and weighed and I have lost 5.4 lb!
