Dairy reintro - immediate bloating

So I reintroduced dairy for the first time today - had a bowl of greek yoghurt with an orange after dinner. As soon as I had it, I was immediately bloated and my stomach stuck out so far (after having quite a flat stomach and not feeling bloated at all during whole30).

I'm just wondering if it was even possible to have a reaction that quickly? I couldn't work out what else it could have been, other than simply eating too much?
