ursulabear
So I reintroduced dairy for the first time today - had a bowl of greek yoghurt with an orange after dinner. As soon as I had it, I was immediately bloated and my stomach stuck out so far (after having quite a flat stomach and not feeling bloated at all during whole30). I'm just wondering if it was even possible to have a reaction that quickly? I couldn't work out what else it could have been, other than simply eating too much? What do you think? Britishgal
If I eat cows milk or milk based things like yoghurt my stomach expands within seconds...you can watch it happening. I am fine on cream, butter and cheese though as well as goats milk so it may be worth testing other kinds of dairy...
