befabdaily Posted September 14, 2012 Share Posted September 14, 2012 On my first Whole30, I got through that phase by drinking coconut milk (the thick pure-fatty kind in the can) in mass quantities. In my coffee in the morning, in my tea, in more tea at night, etc. When your brain really wants some glucose-based quick energy, it will take coconut milk in a pinch. I think I posted some thread titled "Is coconut milk MAGIC?" because I was worried I would get addicted to the rush of euphoria that I felt after drinking it. Then I adapted and it passed.
