Day 10 and the sugar dragon

Ugh, the first week high has definitely worn off.  I'm doing great in my second week, but the sugar cravings have been creeping in.  Today there are almost unbearable.   In fact, as I type this, all I can think about is ice cream. 

 

I work in an office, at a computer, so I can only go on so many walks throughout the day.   

 

Advice welcome.

Eat more fat each meal.

And when a craving strikes that isn't temporary & a distraction technique won't work, eat fat again - a handful of olives, a spoonful of mayo, a spoonful of coconut oil - anything but sugar.

Only fat & protein will stamp out the cravings. Fact.
