KarenO76 Posted September 19, 2015 Share Posted September 19, 2015 I just pulled a little meat off a rotisserie chicken to snack on, then looked at the ingredients and saw that it had the Carreenagen in it. jmcbn Posted September 19, 2015 Share Posted September 19, 2015 Carrageenan is very inflammatory for the gut, and if it were me I'd be starting over.That said, you get to read this article and then decide....I'd comment that at the very least you should be adding days on so if you're on day 10 now for instance, make it a Whole40 which may be easier for you to deal with mentally.ETA: Chris and I are getting good at this synchronized typing!!
