Day One - Let the fun begin, going to allow myself potatoes only when I get off my happy butt and move (walk, run, hike).

Meal One - red potatoes, 2 eggs, ground turkey patty - was kind of bland, need to read up on what spices/seasonings I can use.

Now that I have watched the 49ers get their butts kicked, gonna make up a salad, then go work off them potatoes

All spices and herbs are okay during a Whole30, but watch out for seasoning mixes that include sugar, msg, or other off-plan ingredients.

 

I am concerned about your attitude towards potatoes. They are not an evil thing to be worked off. They are an important source of carbs. Some people become tired, mean, or depressed if they do not consume starchy veggies like potatoes every day.
