Started Whole30 Today

Woke up and thought to myself...Can I brush my teeth?? I'm so afraid of screwing up I plan to play it safe with lots and veggies and fruit when I get snackish! #Day 1 of Whole30

My advice would be for you to eat enough so as you don't NEED to snack - you'll see much better results that way.

Build each of your meals to match the meal template, and build them big enough to keep you satiated for 4-5hrs - and remember that fat is your friend....
