KerleyL Posted September 23, 2015 Share Posted September 23, 2015 Two weeks into this and I'm finally, finally feeling like I have more energy. I was beginning to wonder if this was going to work for me. It really hasn't been too challenging for me, other than giving up all sugar and believing while eating all this food, I can still lose weight. And, the gum, I miss my gum. I've made some really good recipes, experimented with homemade mayo, almond milk and soon I'm going to try making Kombucha.
