Breakfast: 2 eggs, scrambled and baby kale black coffee Lunch: citrus chicken (from It Starts with Food), green beans and an apple Supper: baked chicken, broccoli, 2tbsp organic almond butter, crispy fruit mango slices Very unimaginative eating today but good choices at least.
