Penneys525 Posted September 24, 2015 Share Posted September 24, 2015 Day 1- Day 15 - day 30 Yup that's right Day 30 today. I survived #whole30. I've gained my lifting confidence back. Deadlifted 202 three times and think I could of did more! I've gained so much energy. I've gained a huge knowledge of cooking from scratch. I've lost the swelling in my hands and feet that I was waking up with in the morning. I'll find out tomorrow if I lost any weight. It's just a number though or I keep trying to tell myself that. I've lost my dependency on artificial sweeteners. Won't even touch gum or protein shakes now. Loving my whole foods lifestyle. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
