Day 1- Day 15 - day 30

Yup that's right Day 30 today. I survived #whole30.

I've gained my lifting confidence back. Deadlifted 202 three times and think I could of did more! I've gained so much energy. I've gained a huge knowledge of cooking from scratch.

I've lost the swelling in my hands and feet that I was waking up with in the morning. I'll find out tomorrow if I lost any weight. It's just a number though or I keep trying to tell myself that. I've lost my dependency on artificial sweeteners. Won't even touch gum or protein shakes now.

Loving my whole foods lifestyle.
