synstek Posted September 25, 2015 Share Posted September 25, 2015 I'm on Day 14 and have noticed over the past week that my heart rate is at least 10 beats per minute faster during my morning jogs than pre-Whole30. Does anyone know why this is happening? Is my body stressed? I am sleeping well and otherwise feel fantastic and the Whole30 seems to be agreeing with me.
