HerTwoScents
My friend is making veggie stir fry and it calls for corn starch. I don't remember if corn is an okay veggie, although at not really a veggie and it's usually GMO lol. I'm thinking no but I need affirmation. Thanks! GFChris
You are correct - no corn products of any kind on a Whole30. Corn is a non-gluten grain - no grains on a Whole30.

It is a compliant thickener.
HerTwoScents
Thank you! (She doesn't have Arrowroot powder lol not a typical grocery store item here in Amish county.)
missmary
I've never used thickener in a stir fry, just omit it. I'm sure it will taste just fine.
HerTwoScents
We did I usually don't eat anything with corn, but it's hard saying that to a friend who cooks for you. I'm so glad she understands and supports me doing the Whole30!
