MrAlex
I went to Trader Joe's and didn't even think about it and picked up a bag of raw cashews. The only ingredient is cashews but yet it says sugar. No where can I find on the web where cashews have sugar so where is this coming from and is this paleo complaint? (See link for photo of ingredients) http://www.traderjoes.com/images/fearless-flyer/uploads/article-1321/Cashew%20Pieces%2050515.jpg. I've given up peanut butter. Haven't I suffered enough! JulieP757
If sugar isn't listed as an ingredient, you are fine. There are natural sugars in nuts that show up on the nutritional breakdown - those are fine. I have those same cashews in my kitchen and they are compliant

JulieP757
By the way, I roasted some raw cashews in a little coconut oil (350 degree oven) and sprinkled them lightly with salt while they were warm. They were amazing.
