Do I have to start over??

Last night (on day 11), I went out to dinner with friends and got a salad (mixed greens, tomatoes, hard boiled egg, grilled chicken, with lemon wedges for the dressing - the restaurant was out of olive oil?!?!?) and a side of roasted veggies. I had dumped the roasted veggies on my salad and was eating them together and about half way through, I realized that the roasted veggies had small peas in them (in addition to zucchini, carrots, red pepper, onion, and broccoli). I didn't eat any more of the peas, but I'm sure I ate them in a handful of bites before noticing. What does this mean? Can I chalk this up to a lesson in being more observant of my food and move on? Or, am I back to day 1?
