Maryanne76 Posted September 27, 2015 Share Posted September 27, 2015 Place your open avocado face down in a bowl of water...wrap and place in fridge. It'll keep it from turning brown. If you have guacamole, you can put a thin layer of water on top for the same result. It doesn't change the consistency, taste, etc. I've tried so many other tips and this is the only one that works!
