Read the book a month ago and reread the key headlines to get on track. Juicing my home grown vegs feels great. Given up coffee too... drinking green tea - anticipating a headache Gave up alcohol 18 days ago which was massive given what I regularly drink. It's also inspired me to stick to this 30 days. It takes 16 weeks to break a habit so my abstinence will be marked by New Year's Eve! Ready for a NY resolution to... ? "not drink"?. Shopped for a heap of vegs that I can cook up for lunch at work. Meat for dinner. Completion date will be 28th October not weighing myself until then will be a challenge. Motivations: Potential for new job. Health. Menopause and all that brings. Grandson. Poor decisions on alcohol. An entire wardrobe to fit into. Completing a 5k run.
