Minky Posted September 15, 2012 Share Posted September 15, 2012 We love the Salmon Patty receipe in ISWF. I am making a triple batch today for the freezer. I would like to use up some coconut flour. I was thinking of doing half almond/half coconut. Has anyone tried this? I would also like to add some extra veggies, maybe some chopped spinach. Since I'm making such a large batch, I don't want to mess it up, so I'm wondering if other people have tweaked and still had them hold together and turn out good. Thanks!
