Whole30 Backpacking

Hey everyone!


I'm in the process of planning my first Whole30 to start on Oct. 3, but I've run into a bit of a snag. My job requires me to go backpacking about once a month (we take at-risk teenagers on trips with us) and I need some ideas on how to stay on track, even out in the woods. I will have access to fire/cook stove, but no refrigerator. I'm trying to figure out if it will be better for me to take snacks (like Epic Bars or jerky, etc) or if there are good recipes that don't require refrigeration. Any ideas would be appreciated!
