Everything has been going great and I was only tired a day or two in the first week, but the last three days I am sore. Like all over body sore. If I'm still or walking I'm okay-but if I bend my knees/lift my legs or try and lift my arms above my shoulders... It hurts. It feels like workout sore (but I haven't worked out--I know I should) and it's worse today than yesterday than the day before. Any advice?
