ATL_Jen
Forgive me if this is a silly question, but as I fried an egg this morning to top my breakfast, I realized how much ghee was left in the pan after I was done. This strikes me as wasteful, and I was wondering if it's safe to pour that ghee into a a jar to reuse later? This is OK for bacon grease, for example, so would ghee be the same? Thanks! Kbart64
I think I would have to question reusing something eggs were cooked in. I guess if you refrigerate it and use it as soon as possible...being sure to get it very hot before using it
