I usually update this as the day goes on, so if you want a full report tomorrow is the day to check :)

 

I know I'll eat something between Spinning and lifting (I have a short break between them, alas there is no way to do one in the morning and the other in the evening.) 

 

Breakfast -

Roasted green beans (mmmm)

2 eggs

1 apple

bulletproof coffee

 

green tea

 

Lunch

TBD

 

Dinner

TBD

(probably salad with sweet potato, lamb and veggies)

 

 

Activity:

Teach Spinning class (45 minutes)

Weightlifting 2 hours

Walking to try to get to 10,000 steps
