October 12: start to heal

Hey all, I'm starting again October 12.

I was 3 weeks in back in August and had a massive bomb dropped on me so had to give it up for a bit.

Now am dealing with ongoing adrenal and estrogen imbalance issues and I think I've gained 5kg in 5 weeks...

Anyway aiming to give up coffee (again) this week and do a good shop on the weekend so I'm all ready for Monday.

Bit of a challenge this time around because I don't have a proper kitchen where I am staying. But I've got some ideas about using the rice cooker for good.

I'd like to keep on going with this for about two months, making it a whole 60. I just really need to focus on my health and healing right now until the end of the year.
