Sari
Hello everybody! I hope it's okay to introduce myself without announcing a Whole30 start date? I actually just finished round 2 two days ago so I'm on the reintroduction wagon right now. I have however been browsing through the community throughout both of my Whole30's, mainly for recipes, and since I'm planning on eating pretty program-compliant for the rest of my life, I thought it would be nice to officially join the forum. I'll probably do another round after the holidays.
IreneKe
Hi Sari, again, I am interested to hear more about your Re-In. For me, it is not really successful. I don't know, what I have to do. Before I started W30 on 26th September, I had Low Carb since 16th of June. I felt much better with that than I feel with W30. Why? During W30 I had very often stomach ache, feeling of fullness, flatulences and dirarrhea. This is, what I didn't had during Low Carb. I only wanted to do W30 of cause my immune sickness. But I think, it was already better with Low Carb. Here in the forum, I couldn't find one member that tells about difficulties with W30. Can that be? Or does those people only disappear and don't want to tell about this? At the moment, I don't know, if the last two days with a very dramatically dirarrhea came from an infect or of cause the try to make a Re-In. Only, the diarrhea began two days after the try (grain with gluten - selfmade rolls and pasta!).

It is difficult to help you troubleshoot as you've not given a lot of information on what you were eating. If you want to start a thread in the Troubleshooting thread about your Whole30 and give a few days of what you were eating, then the members can help see if there's something that could help. Maybe you can also describe what 'Low Carb' diet you were on previously that you had success with and we can see where it's different and help? As far as feeling sick, it's possible that you came down with a bug but it's also possible that you are extremely sensitive to grain products. Again, with little history and information it's hard to nail down a cause.
