bholt Posted October 6, 2015 Share Posted October 6, 2015 So yesterday I reintroduced legumes. I had some peanuts, lentils, and hummus at different times throughout the day. I also received some stress-inducing news last night. I did not sleep well and am feeling sluggish today. So I'm not sure if my sluggishness was from the legumes or the stress/lack of quality sleep. Most other legumes just cause me digestive distress which can last for a number of days.I'd breathe deeply, get some sleep, and eat compliant for a few days then re-try the legumes... just to be sure.
