Reintroducing Legumes Question

So yesterday I reintroduced legumes. I had some peanuts, lentils, and hummus at different times throughout the day. I also received some stress-inducing news last night. I did not sleep well and am feeling sluggish today. So I'm not sure if my sluggishness was from the legumes or the stress/lack of quality sleep. Has anyone experienced sluggishness as an effect of adding legumes back into your diet?

Soy definitely causes me sluggishness. Most other legumes just cause me digestive distress which can last for a number of days.

I'd breathe deeply, get some sleep, and eat compliant for a few days then re-try the legumes... just to be sure.
