STARTING TOMORROW!!! Here we go...

Hi everybody,


I'm excited to be starting my first whole 30 tomorrow. I've done elimination diets and detoxes before and I know the difference they can make.


After my father passed away in January I found myself getting gradually got more and more lax about what I've been eating over the course of the year. Now my body is letting me know that it's time to RESET. 


I want to feel more energetic and clear headed, lower my blood sugar levels and to sleep better, and would ideally love to shed around 15 pounds...though my top motivation is health rather than weight.


So glad this community exists and I'd love to really connect and support/be supported here.
