notkevinmyrick Posted September 16, 2012 Share Posted September 16, 2012 Bought some 100% Organic Coconut Flakes, the only ingedients is Organic Coconut (sliced and dehydrated) I feel this may be a good thing to put on salads other foods or just grab some and eat here and there.. would this be a good thing to do. 3Tbsp contains about 110 calories. (My favorite way to incorporate them into a meal is as my primary fat source - I drizzle them with olive or coconut oil and sprinkle some cinnamon and cardamom on top. OMG.)
