Exercise helps with PMS

I felt horrible this a.m.: cramps, nausea, bad mood, bloated and generally under the weather. I made myself go to my regular Crossfit class (Saturdays are partner WODs) and I feel so much better now. I just thought I would throw this idea out, sometimes your food is not the answer, you just have to get out and do something! It doesn't have to be Crossfit, it could be a walk, a run, any kind of physical activity, it really helps!
